Click and collect

It is a fast, simple and free purchase method that allows you to order the products available in our online store and collect them directly from our physical store, once the order has been processed.

How does it work?

1. Order online
2. Pay online by credit card and/or Paypal
3. Select the "collect in store" delivery option at checkout
4. You will receive a first e-mail confirming order receipt, wait for the second acceptance confirmation e-mail which will indicate that the product is available
5. Go to the store to collect your order, remember to bring an identity document and order reference with you
6. If you wish, you can try on the item purchased directly in the shop, respecting the queue
7. If the items purchased do not fit, you can only change the size, if available, or abandon the purchase and wait for the refund. Refunds will be made only and exclusively online, the store absolutely cannot issue vouchers or return money: you will be contacted by our Customer Support for the refund
8. Make sure you collect the product(s) you ordered within 8 days, after which the order will be canceled

Your order will be available for collection after just 30 minutes.

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR PICK UP IN STORE
When collecting in-store you will be asked to sign a copy of the order and fill in a collection form. The identity document presented must be the same as indicated in the withdrawal form. Your order will be available for collection at the store during store opening hours: for more information, visit the dedicated section on our website. You can make the return in the shop or through the ONLINE RETURN service. It is not possible to change the model or color of the goods in the shop but only the size, if available. If you want to change the model you can buy it separately and your original order will be refunded online. In the event of withdrawal, you will be refunded using the payment method used for the online purchase, even if the return is requested in the store. With CLICK & COLLECT you will always have priority access to the store, go immediately to the reception.
