How to make return request

RETURN INFORMATIONS

You can return the purchased products if they fall within the terms set out in our regulation on the Right of Withdrawal.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.
It is not possible to exchange items, only returns.
You can request the return in two ways:

If you purchased as a registered user.

If you are logged in during the purchase or created an account at the same time providing "username" and "password", you can choose between the following methods:
1)Log into your account
If you log in from a smartphone, please turn it horizontally, or log in from a computer.
After providing the access data you will find yourself in your user wall: you will see a column menu on the left of the page where you will have to click on "Returns".
Select the order from the drop-down menu and click on "Return", wait for the upload, then select the items you want to return. Click on "Send request": you will receive an RMA opening confirmation email (Return).
Our customer service will contact you within 24 business hours (therefore excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to help you return the products.

2) Click on THIS LINK and provide the order number, surname and e-mail address used during the purchase.

If you purchased as a registered guest.

If during the purchase you have chosen not to create the account, we ask you to follow THIS LINK and provide the order number, surname and e-mail address used during the purchase.
Select the order from the drop-down menu, click on "Return", wait for the upload, then select the items you want to return.
Click on "Send request": you will receive an RMA opening confirmation e-mail (Return).
