Payment methods

We want your purchase to be safe, convenient and fast. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card

Your credit card data will be processed securely by "Stripe". Purchases can be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We only accept Credit Cards protected by the "3D Secure" security protocol. We only charge when we ship.
PLEASE NOTE: on your bank statement the payment will be indicated as "Sugo Snc" merchant.

Paypal

If you have a PayPal account you can pay quickly by entering your login credentials (E-mail and Password). You can use PayPal even without an account by entering only your credit card details and following the on-screen instructions. We only accept Credit Cards protected by the "3D Secure" security protocol. We only charge when we ship.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment will be made to Sugo Snc: [email protected] and will be reported on your card as PayPal "Sugo Snc".
Pay in 3 installments: this is a PayPal feature that allows customers with a PayPal account to divide their purchase into three payments, with the first due at the time of purchase and the next two made each month on the same date. Pay in 3 installments is available for purchases between € 30 and € 2000.

Klarna

Select the Klarna option to pay in 3 interest-free installments by entering your debit or credit card details. After receiving the order shipment confirmation, Klarna will make the first charge on your card. Once your payment is processed, it will send you a notification. The rest of the charges on your card will occur automatically every 30 days, until the full amount is extinguished. Klarna will inform you before each payment.

Amazon Pay

Just log in with your Amazon account, follow the purchase procedure and confirm the payment. You will be redirected to the website of the provider (Amazon.com). You can then use your Amazon account to process the payment.

Apple Pay

Choose Apple Pay when you shop, to avoid filling out endless forms and conveniently pay with FaceID or TouchID.

Klarna: direct bank transfer

Select the Klarna Pay Now option, to pay by direct bank transfer. Klarna will redirect you to your bank's home banking page to complete the purchase by bank transfer and have immediate confirmation of payment.

Bank Transfer

You will be sent an e-mail containing the data to make the payment once the order is accepted and confirmed. You will need to send proof / receipt of the transfer within 48 hours. We will ship the order when the transfer is received in our bank account. PLEASE NOTE: The shipment will take place only after the actual crediting to the current account in the name of "Sugo Snc", once the transfer has been made, it may take 3/5 working days to be credited.

Sofort Banking

Sofort banking allows you to pay for online purchases via a direct bank transfer issued by your bank (if affiliated) without having to open virtual accounts and without having to change platforms. Through Sofort you can safely access your home banking and the bank transfer procedure, which will be direct without having to wait 3/5 days for a canonical transfer, this is because the availability of the credit is controlled directly by Sofort with the bank from which the transfer starts. PLEASE NOTE: To check if your account supports this type of payment, you can check directly on the SOFORT official website at this web page.

Ideal

With iDEAL you can make online payments reliably, securely and easily through a direct online transfer. Payments are made using the app of your banking institution (if affiliated) or using online banking services covered by stringent security protocols. Once the payment is confirmed you will be redirected to our site. The service is supported by major banking institutions in the Netherlands.

EPS

It is an immediate transfer formula, offered by all Austrian banks, which can be accessed via your bank credentials and, after being redirected to your bank, the transaction is completed.

Giropay

It is an online transfer formula (only for German banking institutions), in which Giropay manages the transfer and confirms it through the reference bank.

Bancontact

If you select Bancontact (online payment valid only for Belgian bank accounts or credit cards) you will be redirected to the app or website where you can authorize your payment.

Przelewy24

It is a payment method aggregator that allows you to complete online transactions using bank transfers and other methods. Przelewy24 redirects you to its website to authenticate the payment and there is an immediate notification on the outcome of the payment.

Cash on delivery

You can pay in cash upon delivery. The service has a cost of € 8 non-refundable in case of withdrawal. We accept cash only and for a maximum amount of 1.000 €.
The service is only available for orders shipped to Italy.
